The BCADirecto Telephone is the channel that allows immediate access to the BCA, through a telephone or mobile, whether or not you are the bank's customer.

Form of Access
To access this product, just make a telephone call to the number 260 46 60, whether you are a customer of the Bank or not.

BCADirecto Contact Center offers you:
You can do banking 24 hours a day following the instructions given to you by IVR “Interactive Voice Response”, or via an operator between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
The automatic answering service is only available to customers subscribing to the BCADIRECTO service, and the instructions are transmitted by the IVR “Interactive Voice Response”, and the choices are made using the telephone keys.

Accession
If you do not yet have a BCADIRECTO account, you must subscribe to the service by filling out the membership form (available at any agency and here on the website), and delivering it at a counter or sending it via email to a counter or to the email bca @ bca. cv.

NOTE:
User and access codes must be numeric.

If your codes have alphanumeric characters, you must request your change by filling in the corresponding forms and sending them to the email bca@bca.cv or speaking directly to an assistant at BCADirecto Contact Center (between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, from Monday to Friday).
