BCADirecto allows access through any device (computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc.) with Internet connection.

Access Requirements

To access BCADirecto Internet it is necessary to join the BCADirecto Service and to have a device with Internet connection and to respect the following minimum requirements:

•               Internet access
•               HTML Browser
•               Browser that accepts cookies
•               Allow access to secure sites (SSL)

For a better use the operating system, browser and antivirus devices to use should be updated.

Form of Access

Access to BCADirecto internet is done through a device with Internet connection, using the address www.bca.cv.

Schedule

24 hours a day7 days a week365 days a year;

However, between 21h and 23h, some features may not be available, and on the weekend, downtime can be higher.

Cost

Membership and use of BCADirecto is free.

Some transactions are associated, according to the current price list, available on the website and at the BCA branches.

  • Payment of  telephone , internet, electricity  and water bills;

  • Card Management :
    • Loading the VISA Flex Card (Prepaid);
    • Request for transfer of the balance of the VISA Flex Card to the Account at the Order of the holder;
    • Payment of the provision of the Credit Card ( Classic , Gold or Corporate );

BCAdirecto   is a channel developed also to adapt to any mobile device (Mobile phone, PDA, Tablet, Smartphone, among others) that allows access to the service of BCADirecto, being necessary:
 
  • From an application with Android or iOS operating system and with internet access.
  • From any browser (Web Responsive )

BCADirecto Mobile


It is a channel that allows access to the BCADirecto Service through mobile applications that allow access to BCADirecto through an APP application available in operating systems specific (ex. Android, iOS).

This service is another alternative means of interacting with BCA, at any time and ensuring the same reliability, security and usability requirements of the Service. BCADirect internet. In the same manner, it has some advantages in relation to:
 
  • PC: mobility, personal use equipment;
  • the telephone: ease of navigation between operations, interaction and visualization of the contents.

Access Requirements

You should already have a BCADirecto account.

It is necessary to have a smartphone with Android Operating System or IOS with Internet connection.

Before the first access, the client needs to download the App in the corresponding store ( eg : Play Store , in the case of the Android operating system or in the Apple store , in the case of the IOS operating system ).

In case of doubts related to the minimum requirements or difficulty in accessing the Internet, the phone's settings must be confirmed by the fixed number (+238) 2604660.

Form of Access

It is done by directly using the APP that was installed on the device. The APP may require its update before allowing access to the service.

BCADirecto Telephone


The BCADirecto Telephone is the channel that allows immediate access to the BCA, through a telephone or mobile, whether or not you are the bank's customer.

The BCADirecto Telephone Service comprises of two components: informational and transactional.

Informative Component

The information component, which can be accessed by clients and non-clients of BCA and the Group, aims to provide:
 
  • General information about BCA products and services;
  • Support for situations of difficulty in the use of electronic channels;
  • Support for situations of theft or loss of means of payment of BCA ( Helpdesk Channels);
  • I welcome you to receive complaints and suggestions.

Access Requirements

To access the Service BCADirecto Telephone with multi frequency dialing or any mobile phone.

Form of Access

Access to the BCADirecto can be done by telephone, through the land line number (+238) 2604660.

BCA Directo Phone offers you:
 
  • Automatic bilingual answer (Portuguese and English) by selecting the options on the telephone keypad.
  • Personalized service with direct connection to the assistant.
  • Usage of the Service
  • To access and use BCADirecto to Telephone service, you must call the number 2604660 and enter your User and Access code. Then you can choose an automatic or personalized answer.

The automatic answering service is only available for clients who are members of the BCADirecto service, and instructions are transmitted through the telephone keys.
If you are not a member of the BCAdirecto service, you can still select the option that allows you to speak with the assistant.

Note:

The user and access codes must be necessarily numerical.

If your codes have alphanumeric characters, you must request them to be changed by completing the corresponding forms and sending them to the e-mail address bca@bca.cv or speaking directly with an assistant at BCADirecto Telephone.
